Team Pazuzu (Chris Dickinson, Pinkie Sanchez, Jaka, Angel Ortiz, & Mike Draztik) vs Nick Gage, Eddie Kingston, Shynron, & Da Hit Squad (Dan Maff & Monsta Mack)
Fete Music, Providence, Rhode Island, United States
On one side, we have Team Pazuzu, a mixed bag of talent, but altogether a group of evil, fun-loving dudes. On the other side, we have an array of four, big, crazy, tough dudes and Shynron, like some weird wrestling version of Poor Little White Boy. What a collection of talent. They start things off hot with all ten dudes (well, eleven, with Team Pazuzu’s personal ring announcer Larry Legend) brawling on the outside. Everyone hits the ring for one or two spots each while everyone else keeps going at it out on the floor. At one point, Dickinson goes to give Gage a piledriver off the apron through a table on the floor. The table is entirely too thick to ever break, and it just slips out from underneath the both of them, and Gage’s head just basically bounces off the floor in perhaps the single craziest thing either man has done since Gage literally died in a helicopter six years ago. Somehow he’s back in the ring a minute later to do spots, because WHO’S THE FUCKING MAN? After a million more stupid things (including a pair of dives by Mike Draztik and Shynron off the second floor balcony, a big silly Chokebreaker on Sanchez, and a Burning Hammer on some nameless waitress for… what reason?), Team Pazuzu pick up the win with a four-way superkick and frog splash combo on Kingston. A big, weird gang warfare match, but a hell of a good time if you like dumb things.
